The State of Indiana commissioned 2 sculptures for their Bicentennial, and placed them in a completely revisioned public space on the west side of the Statehouse that is now where public gatherings and protests happen.

Hi all,

Has anyone commissioned artwork for any type of centennial? I am looking for examples of what others have done to commemorate a milestone such as a centennial or another large-scale anniversary.

Thanks in advance!

Emily
