I have just taken on a new client that is a small city Cultural District. I'm curious if anyone in this network works with or has plans they can share about their local cultural districts working in partnership with business improvement districts. Any strategies, tactics or funding sources, (i.e. local taxes, 1% funds, grants, etc).
