The exterior public artwork sought will be designed for and installed at the Zoo Orientation Plaza at the center of its Africa-Themed Savannah Exhibits.  The work will be an extraordinary focal point reflecting the type of animalia typically found on the Savannah in Africa.  The work will unite and strengthen the theme for the exhibition site and may be designed and fabricated using bronze, other metals, stone, or any variety of materials suitable for harsh outdoor environments and Oklahoma weather that includes strong winds, high temperatures, hail, and other extremes.   Construction is currently underway with completion anticipated in November 2022.
