Subject: City Code with reference to murals on private property facing public right-of-way

 

Dear PAN members,

Does any of your municipal code books contain specific language with respect to requirements for design review and approval of murals that will go on private property but face public right-of-way.  I would greatly appreciate any information that you have to share.
