Good morning Colleagues,
If you would be so kind, please send examples a.k.a. simple contracts, in the form you use to contract an artist for the complete process of design, creation, fabrication, delivery, and
installation of a large scale, suspended artwork… This particular project is for an interior space (if you have one that distinguishes).
I am hoping to get at least two or three samples, to compare treatments on legal requirements, insurance requirements, structural engineering requirements, time frames, proof of work completed
(stages) etc.
My cohort at the Cabarrus County Courthouse Expansion appreciates the help this group has given, as they embark upon their first Public Art Project. 😊
