Art in Bartow, the public art commission for Bartow County, GA, has been funded through individual donations these first two years. We've done a lot of research on the percent for art funding options and need some help in presenting those options to my board. Any information you would be willing to share on 

1. how you set it up, 

2. how you present to businesses (in person, in writing, video...)

2. how businesses reacted to being approached,

3. copies of your percent for art approved language

Our goal is simply to open a line of communication between our Department of Economic Development and the businesses currently building in our area.
