The general scope of this work includes interacting and coordinating with the City, the design team and Stakeholders to develop artistic components within the South Loop Link project and documentation and reporting. The Consultant shall discontinue services upon completion of this scope or upon reaching the limits of the contract fee whichever occurs first.
