Friend of the Arts,

Archway Partners in collaboration with Orange County Arts & Cultural Affairs seeks one or more artists or artist team(s) to develop artwork for The Enclave by Archway Partners. The Enclave is being developed as a 104-unit, affordable housing development that will provide high quality residences to low and moderate-income families. This is a Green Building Certified Project, made of concrete block construction, three, 3-story, garden style buildings, built on 3.28 acres in Orange County, FL.

Affordable housing serves as a testament to the power of community-driven initiatives and the positive impact they can have on the lives of individuals and families. It showcases the resilience and determination of a community that comes together to create a better future for all its residents.

The proposed artwork should be fresh and reflective of the local community.
