Hi Julia,
We have few roundabouts in Indianapolis, but there are tons in Carmel, IN just to our north and they are starting to put sculpture in them. Here’s their latest installation: http://www.indyartsguide.org/public-art/beacon-bloom/ It is on the border between Indianapolis and Carmel. You will notice that most of the “interest” is up high with very little blockage down at street level. I believe that was deliberate. I can put you in touch with the artist if you like, to see if he was given any specific instructions during the design process.Best,Julia Muney Moore

I am specifically looking for information that will keep the cone of vision open so that drivers can see other cars and pedestrians. I have found several resources from the Department of Transportation but curious if there are other standards that agencies are using. If you have a RFP that includes this info, please send it my way!
Thank you,
