The Georgetown Business Improvement District (BID) invites artists to submit proposals for the fifth edition of its Georgetown GLOW Winter Public Art Exhibition, an outdoor display of light-art installations on view in Washington, D.C. from Friday, December 7, 2018 - Sunday, January 6, 2019.
