I’d like to see the responses to this request, the City of Suwanee is also interested in such a project. Thanks!

The Serenbe Institute (GA) is looking for examples of public art sound installations that can be activated by passing observers.

Hi Julia and PAN,

RE: Sample artist agreement for an artist-in-residence

We recently hired an artist to work with us for a very brief artist-in-residence. Below is a sampling of what was done for the scope (we used the standard template for our department, which is mostly geared towards performing artist groups). We were working on a tight deadline and budget - but for a larger scale project with more time and dedicated funding, we would definitely run this through our legal team too. Hope this helps!

Hello, colleagues!

If anyone has hosted an artist-in-residence with a government agency, I’d love to see a sample contract/agreement.  I’m particularly interested in how you’ve phrased the scope of work.

Thanks!!
