Hi:

Traditionally if it is a City based project we have the fees waived by approval of our City Manager.  The fee that we don’t usually waive is the one for the Business License.  If it is a developer driven project we don’t waive fees.

Best,

Deborah

Subject: Permit Fees for Public Art

Hi Everyone,

I am wondering how other municipalities handle permitting fees related to public art.  Are permitting fees waived?  If not, how are the permit fees calculated?  Or, is there a minimum fee in place to handle to actual costs related to document review and on-site inspections?

Thank you.
