Subject: Percent for Art in Georgia

Question to our fellow Georgia arts administrators.

We are trying to figure out how many municipalities in the State of Georgia have a Percent for Art program.  We’d love to know what the parameters are for those that do, and whether your program is mandatory or voluntary.  We know that Suwanee has a voluntary % for Art on new development.  Atlanta? Macon? Savannah? Columbus? Athens? Smaller locations similar to Suwanee?

We are working to create a Percent for Art program in Augusta, and seek comparison data from fellow Georgia municipalities for our city leaders, to augment the other information we will be sharing.

Thank you for the help!

Best,

Pax
