The City of Greenville, NC, is seeking proposals from qualified artists interested in designing and fabricating a stainless steel bike rack for the Greenville Transportation Activity Center that spells out “GREAT”.

The total budget for the project is around $4,500. Interested artists are invited to submit qualifications by 5pm, Thursday, March 29, 2018.
