There are many ways to address homelessness. Making the homeless visible is a key element.

Clark Wiegman's Tree of Life in Seattle is a permanent public monument to the lives of the homeless.

Clark also did a terrific and exceedingly memorable temporary project in the early 1990's, taking a shopping cart sand turning it into a do-it-yourself food truck which he wheeled through the homeless camps in Seattle's waterfront.
