Here are two artists that are doing really impactful and resonant work addressing homelessness and engaging individuals experiencing homelessness:
John Malpede – Los Angeles Poverty Department

Rosten Woo with LAPD

Hi Beth and PAN colleagues,
There are many ways to address homelessness. Making the homeless visible is a key element.
Clark Wiegman's Tree of Life
in Seattle is a permanent public monument to the lives of the homeless.

Go to www.homelessremembrance.org and
www.fallenleaves.org for additional information about the project and those commemorated.
Clark also did a terrific and exceedingly memorable temporary project in the early 1990's, taking a shopping cart sand turning it into a do-it-yourself food truck which he wheeled through the homeless camps
in Seattle's waterfront.
