Stephanie,
Send me your email address and I can send you some examples of public art contracts that we use here with the City of Albuquerque Public Art Program.

Subject: Contract examples to commission perm and temp work
Hello All,
We are just beginning to add public art to our our regional and neighborhood parks and working on our first two pieces. We are going to commission a small bronze sculpture for a permanent installation. In addition to the sculpture, we are going to install
a temporary piece made of eucalyptus branches (we provide the branches) that is made on site with the artist and community members. This is a temporary piece that the artist will take after six months.
Does anyone have contracts of similar work that I could use as a reference? Do you have recommendations for insuring the pieces?
Your help is much appreciated!
Thank you,
Stephanie
