I have a Downtown Business Association that is wanting to do a public art project on a County owned facility. They would hire the artists and manage the entire project. Have any of you had a situation like this and have a sample of a contract or interlocal agreement with a third party for a public art project that you could share. I would like to address, liability, maintenance, ownership, and that someone from my office needs to be involved in the artist selection.  If no samples, words of wisdom are also helpful.
