Public art has made the headlines recently with a few different legal issues, with a focus on artists rights and private use of artworks. For this Ask an Expert, we will be joined by Sarah Conley Odenkirk, a field leader and lawyer who specializes in public art law. Join us a she unpacks artist’s rights and VARA as impacted through the recent 5Pointz settlement and current lawsuit between a street artist and retailer H&M.
