Hello, I would contact a colleague of mine, Kat Douglas, who operates a sculpture on loan program here in Missouri. She may be able to answer some questions for you. Her email address is kdouglas@manchestermo.gov .

Let me know how that conversation goes,

Subject: Rotating Sculpture Call

Hello PAN Listserve,

We are getting a new viaduct in town and we got worked into the plans two sculpture pads.  I am hoping to start a rotating sculpture program with a call for existing work as well as eventually new work, if we can.   I need to submit a general budget for council to the enhancement funds pool.  Any resources you have in this area would be greatly appreciated!

In particular- general install and deinstall costs, stipend ranges for calls for existing pieces, hidden costs that are not obvious, etc.

All info is greatly appreciated.  Thank you!

Meg
