Hi Crystal,

I maintain a database of public art for private development ordinances if that would be any help in your research.  I’m in the process of a major update in time for the June pre-con, but there’s a lot of information there now.  You can register HERE for free and access executive summaries of the ordinances or policies and find pdfs of all the underlying material.  Hope that helps!

AFTA Public Art Network maintains a Public Art Resources section on their web site.

There is a Public Art Resource Page that covers many facets of the public art field here.

There is a sample of San Francisco's appropriation language for "Art Enrichment of Public Buildings" here.
