The City is in the process of it’s 16.5 acre Town Square public/private partnership redevelopment plan.  One of the initiatives is to build local wealth. Several public art projects will be a component of the Town Square plan. I’d like to incorporate an artist apprentice program into the project.  Can someone share their artist apprentice program guidelines, call to artist and agreement, please?

Thank you.
