We love AiR programs here!
Is this for US citizens only? Or can us Canadians apply?

Hello,
The Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MAPC) is excited to share that we are seeking applications for an Artist-in-Residence
to serve for an 18-month term extending from summer 2018 until fall 2019.
The MAPC's Artist in Residence (AIR) Program creates opportunities for artists, arts and cultural organizers, cultural
producers, curators, and others to bring socially engaged art practices into government- and community-led planning and community development projects. The AIR also helps the agency forge new partnerships with local artists and arts and cultural organizations.
The residency presents a unique and exciting opportunity for artists to learn about urban planning and to innovate their arts practice to directly engage with planning and community development initiatives at the neighborhood, municipal, and regional levels.
The hiring committee for the residency includes a mix of MAPC staff and three external advisors:

Review of applications begins immediately and interviews will be scheduled starting in June.
Thank you for sharing this opportunity with your networks!
All the best,
