Hello all, the City of Gladstone, Missouri is seeking an artist or collaborative team to develop innovative original art for Happy Rock Park, located at 7600 NE Antioch Rd., Gladstone, MO 64119. Throughout 2018, Happy Rock Park will be undergoing $750,000 in renovations. The City of Gladstone seeks to commission public art that will engage more than 500,000 annual visitors to this 80-acre park that features playgrounds, shelters, tennis courts, soccer/football fields, softball fields and a multi-use paved trail that will be partially renovated in the fall.
