We did a really interesting embed for a class with a local art college. When the students presented their projects, they had a really great transit geeky t-shirt design - and now some people internally want to do a limited run t-shirt with the design to sell in the BART transit store (yup, actually exists).
I haven't had to do licensing agreement before - and because this is not something BART commissioned it's really a straight up licensing where artists will keep all copyright etc.
Anyone, have a licensing agreement that they might be able to share. I'd rather start with something that has been generated by a more art-savvy/artist-friendly crowd than asking transit attorneys 😊
Much appreciated,
