If you want something that will last in a high vehicle traffic environment preformed thermoplastic, cobble stones or colored concrete are good options.

We used preformed thermoplastic from Ennis Flint for the Chinatown Barnes Dance.

It was this product

EF seem to have a virtual monopoly on these materials in North America.

One of their approved applicators will have to install it.

I have copied Todd Albin who was ours.

Thanks

Hi Beth,

I’d like to introduce you to Kate Pittman, the Executive Director of the ViBe Creative district here in Virginia Beach. She is the crosswalk expert who is creating them using multiple methods throughout the district.

Can anyone send me info on a rainbow crosswalk installation? I’m looking more specifically for vendor info and cost. We don’t want it painted we want thermoplastic or something similar that will be durable.

Thanks,
