In Oklahoma City, our City Engineer issues the form to the Office of Arts & Cultural Affairs for all public projects. Please see attached example for a current project. We do not have an ordinance for art for private development.

Subject: Construction Cost Calculation
Good morning!
Looking for the various ways public art administrators calculate and confirm private (and public) development construction costs for calculation of the percent for art. Currently, we use a Project Value Application and Affidavit prior to
issuing of the building permit.
Thanks!
