I'm working on the second edition of the Artist's Guide to Public Art.  Since I first wrote the book in 2008, a couple of hundred new public art programs have been added to PAN's roster.  I would like to interview a few administrators of either percent-for-art or non-profits to find out:  What was the motivation behind establishing a new public art program?

I will have follow-up questions but that is the main focus.
