The Greater Augusta Arts Council was recently designated as the public art agency for the City of Augusta. We've done a few projects, have a master plan, are working on many more, and learning and growing. I'd be happy to share any level of detail you like.

Hello, all
I'm working on the second edition of the Artist's Guide to Public Art. Since I first wrote the book in 2008, a couple of hundred new public art programs have been added to PAN's roster. I would like to interview a few administrators of either percent-for-art or non-profits to find out: What was the motivation behind establishing a new public art program?
I will have follow-up questions but that is the main focus.
Please let me know if you'd like me to call you or if you'd like to send your answer by e-mail. Either works fine for me.
