The Arts Council of Indianapolis, on behalf of Duke Realty and through the Public Art for Neighborhoods Program, is requesting qualifications from artists or artist teams who are interested in creating outdoor public artwork for the new Duke Realty Headquarters facility on Indianapolis' northside.  This RFQ is an open call to experienced artists living in the United States.  Artists living in or near Indianapolis-Marion County, Indiana, are strongly encouraged to apply.  The project budget is $50,000 (foundations/footings and site work may be paid from a separate budget).
