ELIGIBILITY: Open to all professional artists and artists-led teams living in the United States.
LOCATION: The plaza, planned in front of the new City Hall/Library civic building, will be built in the 16.5 acre redeveloped Town Square, located
at 126 East Ocean Ave., Boynton Beach, Florida 33425.
