Our Arts & Culture Commission is working on restructuring their grants program. One aspect they are working on is more relevant final reporting from organizations who receive grants from them--collecting relevant data for reporting that can be useful for them and for the grantees. Does anyone have examples of requirements for final reporting from your own granting organizations that you would be willing to share?
