Thanks, Renee, That would have been a great approach if we had known in advance about the floodplain revision (which has not yet been published). The sculptures are all commissioned and almost ready for installation. This came up when the City started making plans to construct the pads and bases for installation, so we are now having to jump through hoops that were never envisioned. I really appreciate your ideas, though…maybe on the next one.
