I am interested in seeing sample contracts for temporary public artworks. I want to make sure that we are not requiring too much from the artist with the way our current contract is written.

Salt Lake County is starting an annual Holiday installation public art project, that we intend to open to all US artists, at the Eccles Performing Art Center in Salt Lake City. This public art installation will be artist designed, fabricated and installed. The installation will be up for public viewing for approximately one month, and SLCounty will take full ownership once it is installed.
