One of the most common requests we receive from local arts agencies is for information about salaries and compensation. Administrators, employees, and board members need comparison data to determine salary levels and set equitable pay rates.
We provide this information as a service to the entire industry.
Our previous salary report is now five years old (FY2013 salary report).
We are updating the report this fall with fresh FY2018 information so that we can provide the most up-to-date information to you and your peers.
