Subject: Need help identifying a project presented at AFTA
Hello PAN,
I attended a couple of sessions in Denver during the AFTA 2018 Public Art Preconference that include someone speaking briefly about a recent project that commissioned (or allowed?) an artist to create a contemporary perspective artwork
that was directly juxtaposed to an historic Confederate monument. I recall that the artist sited the new work in a way that the monument could not be missed within the viewing frame. Unfortunately my notes and on-line searches are not yielding the name and
location of the project.
If you recall the presentation or you were the presenter at which that project was described, please contact me directly at
