Marin County's art and culture master planning process is underway in San Rafael, CA.  The Department of Cultural Services, in partnership with the Marin Cultural Association, the Marin Coalition for the Arts, and arts leaders from all over the County, is developing a plan for Marin.


They have been working with Jerry Allen, Linda Flynn, and David Plettner-Saunders of the Cultural Planning Group. CPG is based in California, Florida, Philadelphia and Hawai’i. We are in the middle of the process and the Cultural Planning Group has been great!

Julie Burros, the previous city of Boston Cultural Officer is now with Metris Arts Consulting as their principal cultural planner. She led the city of Boston and Chicago’s cultural planning processes. metrisarts.com
