Dear Colleagues,

Last summer I had a chance to visit Antofagasta, Chile for a week. While there, I experienced the art festival Proyecto Saco 8 and had a chance to meet the founders and organizers. I promised to circulate the call for artists for #9. the organizers are interested in having more artists apply from North America.
