Hi, David,

Our public works department recommends "roadway paint". Sherwin Williams makes one, as well as Franklin Paint and probably other companies. It’s is about $50/gal.

We have a couple groups working on this idea for Cambridge.

Hello Folks,
I’m wondering what kinds of paints people are using on asphalt for the BLM murals. The Somerville Arts Council is doing some BLM murals and I wanted to steer them in the right direction for technique and materials that will hold up on roads in New England. A quick internet search suggested acrylic paint is the most common but hoping someone out there has more specific advice.
Thanks,
David Fichter
