Join Us for the Creative Youth Development Preconference!
|
We hope you join us and your peers from communities across the country for the
Creative
Youth Development Preconference this June 14-15 in Denver, Colorado. Together, we will explore new paths for arts education during out-of-school time.
Creative youth development (CYD) unifies a longstanding community of practice that intentionally integrates the arts, humanities, and sciences with youth development principles,
sparking young people's creativity and building critical learning and life skills. This is your opportunity to
hear
from young people, researchers and leading programs in the field of Creative Youth Development on effective practices and ways to advance CYD to new levels of sustainability and success.
