Dear Emily, we are running Raiser’s Edge and have tried exploring this with RE staff a couple of years ago because we have similar challenges. Didn’t get a lot of clear answers and proposed solutions were expensive.   Also we wanted to enter some emails in RE just to do some exploratory fundraising strategies, and they said we would need to create a screen for each name – couldn’t just import emails as part of a trial campaign. “One Touch” does sound so appealing.  We’re in if you find something.

Subject: [Americans for the Arts] One-touch giving integrating with Raiser's Edge

Good morning!

We are looking into a website integration (we have a Drupal site) that would allow us to have a simple, “one-touch” giving process for donors. Currently, our annual giving and workplace giving requires account creation, but we would like to include on our site a way to give that doesn’t require as many steps.

Do any of you have these two different ways of giving? I know there is a payment donation module for Drupal, but we need to be sure whatever solution we employ can talk to Raiser’s Edge.

Any insights are much appreciated.

Thanks,

Emily
