Subject: LAA grants panelists

Hi Ruby,

I am currently looking for panelists for my LAA/SSO grant panel on 9/13. The meeting takes place via webinar, and usually runs from 9am to noon or 1PM. Panelists will have access to the applications in our online system for their initial scoring 5-6 weeks prior to the meeting. Then at the meeting, panelists have the opportunity to question the applicants and discuss applications with other panelists before finalizing the scores. The Local Arts Agencies are reviewed with the State Service Organizations (example – Florida Alliance for Arts Education). If you have any suggestions on your team, or with LAA leaders in other states, I would appreciate it.

Feel free to use and/or share this panelist nomination form - https://forms.gle/RoEpqCa9aaFCQUTFA

Thank you!!
