MATCH is a building that rents to the arts. It’s 4 theatres of various sizes, one gallery, a few rehearsal rooms, and office space—all rentable for arts orgs and artists. It fills up quick—it filled a huge need. Rents are subsidized by
a single, 500K grant each year from a tax collection. It’s a standalone nonprofit, however. -john
