Hi All,
Hope everyone is doing well! I’m looking to revise/update the job descriptions for my staff who administer
Cultural Funding programs (“grants” for project and operating support to individual artists and arts nonprofits; not public art). Right now, these job descriptions are couched within a contract
compliance framework, but their actual scope includes much more beyond just contract administration (i.e., program development and administration, community outreach, technical assistance, Commission staffing, etc.).
In an effort not to reinvent the wheel (and also expand my knowledge of other cities’ staff scopes), if you are particularly proud of a staff job description within your team that you think might be a good model, would you be kind enough
to send it my way?
