A quick update:

The agenda has been updated. The link below is accurate.

If you are arriving before 4:00p on
WEDNESDAY, please stop by CenterStage to pick up your badge at registration between 4:00p and 5:45p. If you arrive after 5:45p, please see me on
Thursday for your credentials.

This year, you will be required to have your badge for entry to the Preconference Party. If you register on
Wednesday, remember to bring your badge with you as we are not returning to the hotel before the party. We are going directly to the party from the meeting venue.

The bus is leaving promptly at 7:45a on
Thursday. There will be no additional transportation provided to the venue. If you miss the bus, you will need to Uber/Lyft to the space.

Other considerations:
IT’S NOT EAST BEING GREEN: We will not be printing materials beyond the agenda in an effort to be green. We will also not have tent cards.
Please make sure to check in at registration on Wednesday or Thursday (before the meeting) to collect your name badge.
You are welcome to print what you need, but we encourage you to download the items to your electronic device.
WEATHER: You’ll be arriving during some warm weather which is relative depending on where you’re arriving from, but generally temps in the 80s to high-90s; thunderstorms expected – chance of rain running in the 20-30% range.

ATTIRE: Generally business casual; We will be walking a short distances; wear comfortable walking shoes.
MISC:
- You may want to pack a travel umbrella.
- You may want to pack a backpack to use on Thursday to easily transport your items from the hotel to the meeting space.
- Always a great idea to pack a refillable water bottle – staying hydrated can be challenging when traveling.
- Bring your portable battery charger (and a spare if you have one to share) or be a Rockstar and pack a multiple USB charger!! I’ll have a power strip.
